    Hi..I tried it and it came out very well..It looked similar to Ur screenshot. I was happy at that. Too yummy .Could not wait till my lunch and was tempted too much.Though not a foodie,now became a big fan of yours and also interested in cooking.

    I tried oven roasted Brocolli and spicy curried cauliflower.. Both were delicious. Loved Brocolli the most. Just followed ur receipe and was boasting about the cooking at home. All enjoyed the dishes. Interested in some more dishes of Ur blog..Will try them soon. Pictures are appetizing ….

    I have tried many of your recipe, all came out very well. Though I am not very good cook, when ever I tried new from your menu, it never let me down… Sweet Pongal, Kesari, paneer butter masala,… List goes on. Thank you dear.
